TERRA
MITICA
The largest amusement park at Costa Blanca is called Terra
Mitica. The park has everything an amusement park should
have, and maybe even more. You are recommended to get
there early, to have the whole day at the park and to have
the possibility to see and experience the carousels,
roller coaster, the many shows and all the other funny
things which may be seen and done in this park.
Terra Mitica is open all year, but during the winter they
are only open during the weekends. During the middle of
the summer they are open until midnight.

TERRA
NATURA
This is Benidorms newest theme park and is located near
Terra Mitica. The park is built up like a miniature of
world, with many continents and lands. Here you can
experience more than 1500 animals, a number of which are,
in fact, on the list of endangered species and some of
them are very rare indeed. You can, if you like, even swim
with sharks and stingrays! OR: Plunge down over 700 meters
of winding slides, soar over the elephant grassland on a
400 meter zipe wire or even just enjoy the food from the
many continents or take a relaxing stroll through the
park!

MUNDOMAR
Here you can see many of the oceans most colorful
residents and even watch a fantastic dolphin show as well.
There is also a rich variety of bird life to be seen as
well as a parrot show, and the kids can play in the
wonderful playground while the adults can enjoy the
fantastic view. Mundomar is well worth a visit - for the
entire family. Open daily except December 25th and January
1st.

SAFARI
AITANA
Safari Aitana is a zoo/park where you can see the wild
animals from the comfort of your own car. There are a few
places where it is even allowed to stop and get out
petting or feed the animals, but there are also places
where you should stay inside your car with the windows
closed - like in the area with lions. Safari Aitana, in
addition to the many fantastic animals, has a great
playground where the children can enjoy themselves.
Besides, the trip up the mountain to visit Safari Aitana
is and experience in itself.
Drive past Alicante (north), and turn of the motorway by
Vilajoyosa. Then you drive towards Sella
RIO SAFARI ELCHE (SANTA POLA)
Rio Safari Elche, is an unique river safari located 4 kms
from Santa Pola on the Elche-Santa Pola road (CV-865).
Here you can experience many different types of animals,
including lions, tigers, hippos, panthers, monkeys,
giraffes, crocodiles, exotic birds & dolphins. Other
attractions include swimming pools & water slides. There
are also different daily animal shows. It is also possible
for the children to ride on a pony or a camel.

LA CIUTAT
- VALENCIA
La Ciutat is located in Valencia and comprises several
large and beautiful old buildings that house, among other
things, the Museo de las Ciencias Principe Felipe,
L'Hemisferic and L'Oceanografic. La Ciutat is said to be
the largest culture/educational complex in Europe where
they combine learning and science in a fun and
entertaining manner. Here you also find Europe's largest
aquarium, so with this and so much more to see it´d
probably be a good idea to try and get an early start.
